We now offer a convenient online Request a Call Back service. Just complete the required information and send your request. Our Clinical Care Secretaries monitor these requests, and someone will return your call within one to two business days.
Phone Calls
In order to prevent interruptions while seeing patients, the doctor can not personally answer the many phone calls he or she receives each day. In most instances a staff member will return your call, and we ask that you provide the necessary information so that he or she may relay it to the doctor. So you may get the best care possible, it’s usually better to make an appointment to see the physician. The best times to reach our office and avoid a lengthy wait are Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
From 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Noon to 3:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, we are unable to handle routine telephone calls (i.e., prescription refills, scheduling, etc.). If you call during those times, follow the instructions to leave a detailed voice message.
